Store Policy

I get it- sometimes we can hit "buy" a little too fast! You can cancel your order anytime before it ships (usually within 1-3 business days). Once it has been packed and handed off to the mail truck, it's officially on it's way and can't be canceled.

Need to cancel? Email me ASAP at hookdbyk@gmail.com with your order number. Once you receive your order, I'll cover shipping fees to return. Once I have received it, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
