All items are ready to go! Orders ship within 1–3 business days via [USPS/UPS—choose your preferred carrier]. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order hits the mail.

Handmade Disclaimer: Slight differences may occur due to the handmade nature.

Sizing & Colors: Sizing guide and note about color differences due to screens or dye lots.

✂️ Cancellation Policy
We get it—sometimes you hit “buy” a little too fast.
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships (usually within 1–3 business days).

Once it’s been packed and handed off to the mail truck, it’s officially on its way and can’t be cancelled.

Need to cancel? Email me ASAP at info@hookdbyk.com with your order number and I’ll do my best!

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
All of my pieces are handmade just for you—so returns and exchanges aren’t usually possible. But! If your order shows up damaged or something’s not right, don’t panic. Just send me a message within 3 days of delivery with a photo or two, and I’ll make it right.

✨ No returns for:

Oopsies with sizing (please double-check before you order!)
Changing your mind

💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only given if:

Your item arrives damaged and I can’t replace it
You cancel within the first 24 hours

I don’t offer refunds for:

“I thought it would look different”
Wrong size ordered
Custom designs (they're made just for you!)

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, if approved.
